2 years ago in the center of the city. The second Nr.1 supermarket was opened
in 2002 on the ground floor of the Sun City mall. Shop Nr.1 offers its clients,
besides the foodstuffs, a variety of household and chemical goods. The supermarket’s
assortment includes over 12 thousand of titles. Nr.1 is famous for its delicatessen
production, and the remarkable assortment of cheeses of both local and foreign
production.
Botanica district is occupied by Cvin network, which besides the other advantages
is well known for its own delicatessen production.
In the last few years in Chisinau some new shopping centers have grown. It is
a pleasure to go shopping there.
Multitude
of boutiques gathered in one shopping center will help you to make all the necessary
purchases in one place. If you get tired from walking, you can have a rest and
take a snack in the bars and small restaurants located here. The Sun City center
at the Pushkin Street offers the widest range of this kind of restaurants. The
other two large shopping centers are Elat and Grand Hall.
